A little joy…

I have come across a project that I have so enjoyed doing … and have since made several more! I have wanted to make a wreath for quite sometime, and now I finally have! It’s a little crazy how long it has taken me to get to it, but thats okay! I made one for our room, which is decorated in blues and whites with red accents… and I love it. So much, that I then made another which turned out to be for our living room, and I love it even more! Every time I look at it I just feel ahhhh.

So, without further adieu here are a few shots of my rolled flower wreath. The blue and white striped flowers were picked up at Michael’s and would be pretty easy to duplicate (but sometimes you need a jumping off point!) and the others were made using felt or rolled farbric.

And Here are a few instagram shots of the Second wreath I made for our living room. Love the calm of blue and white with a splash of bright yellow!

Do you have any fun but simple projects in the wings, or that you would love to share? Please do- leave a comment or let’s connect on my new facebook page… YES! I did. I made a page. Man, I must be committed or something. I just thought it would be a good way to share what is going on at my blog, without bombarding everyone with my posts… not that they are bombarding… but you know what I mean. So, check it out, and like mamas dance! (thanks sisters ;-))

I would also like to take a minute to share some (more) amazing music with you! Some friends of ours have just released their first album, and it is annointed! We downloaded it Tuesday morning, and it has just been blessing my heart. So, please go download Here on Earth by Bryan and Katie Torwalt over on itunes. They are a gifted and sweet couple who love Jesus!

Hope you are liking the sweet music I am sharing with you lately, I can only say that because it totally is! I have no shame here- I can’t believe these amazing artists I know, who are not just good at what they do, and have beautiful hearts. So, please, support them, and be blessed!
